phone keypad not working properly.

When i text i use the phone keypad because personally i am more used to it so i can text faster on it. however, now when i try to type it just puts the numbers that are over the letters. Ive tried playing with the settings but cant find anything..any help would be much appreciated .

Ok i unchecked onetouch symbols, and installed the cab posted above. still not working.
