OK, NUBIE question: Video format
I want to sync home video from computer to diamond, but I get a error for wrong format. What format does the mobile use?

Not sure, what format is your video? You can download codecs and other media players such as TCPMP which support many file types.

I also recommend TCPMP it plays virtually every thing o and u might try the divx player thats floating around
