re: battery meter changes after soft reset

i have a problem. i am running the stock Telus rom and have noticed the following. my battery drains at a normal rate (this is my second diamond first one replaced due to bad screen) sometimes i look at the screen and the battery is at 80% a few minutes later it will be at 50%. if i preform a soft rest it will return to 80%. i installed the battery meter from this thread but have since unistalled it and followed the instructions for removing it.

so does anyone else have this problem and if so is there a solution. i guess there might be a hard reset in my future. thank you in advnace.

Re: battery meter changes after soft reset

Normal. Happened all the time (unfortunately). I haven't really noticed it happening since installing Calkulin's ROM, but then again, I haven't been resetting often either (most stable ROM I've used thus far).

I would'nt worry too much about it. Just always assume you have slightly more battery power than what it indicates and I'll think you'll be fine.

Good Luck
