Diamond won't boot up

I've searched but I am in a little bit of an urgent situation - my diamond won't boot past the Touch Diamond screen with the red writing. I have not flashed it and the only thing I've added recently is Gyrator. It started acting strange (gyrator) this morning, and kept sticking in different orientations, so I reset it several times today and then the unit froze 3 times, so I thought I'd reset and restore to a previous time. I came back to the phone and it was apparently stuck on the Touch diamond screen the entire time so I tried to reset and it won't budge. I found a hardware hard reset option, so I tried it and nothing - I pressed the volume down button, the center button and then clicked the reset button, holding down the other two but never went past the Touch Diamond screen.

Is anyone online that could help out? Please!

Thanks

Re: Diamond won't boot up

Have you tried taking the battery out?

What ROM are you using?

Yes, I took the battery out before - and left it out for 10 minutes, and nothing.

Have you ever flashed it? If you have, and the phone is unlocked, then look at this:

Re: Diamond won't boot up

I read that post while searching but it's not flashed. It's Sprint and it's the Stock Rom.

Thanks
When you did this, did you get the screen that asked if you wanted to reset the phone to factory defaults (or something similar)?

Re: Diamond won't boot up

OK. try this:

Take out the battery and put it back in without turning on the phone.

Hold the Volume down + center button, and then hold down the power button.

It should go to a screen that asks if you want to reset.

If it does... follow the instructions.
