Battery Icon

Ok i have tried 2 battery icons now that say they display percentages in 1% increments, and both of them on my phone go in 10% increments. Any idea why this would be? I'm using the juicy 4.4 rom If that might have anything to do with it. thanks and merry Christmas

Re: Battery Icon

I installed HTC Taskbar and the battery icon always shows 19% - even when fully charged. I was running Juicy's 4.4 ROM so I thought that was the problem. I reflashed to the Sprint Shipped ROM and the same problem with the HTCTaskbar.

Any answers?

Sounds like you installed stuff out of order, or forgot to install SDKCERTS.CAB first. What files did you try to install?

Re: Battery Icon

Hey thanks so much for helping me here.

I downloaded and installed the HTCtaskbar.cab file and ran it on my TD. that's all I did. I did read a heck of a lot on how to do this, but i didn't see (or I missed) anything pertainting to the SDKCERTS.CAB. Where do I get this and is there a quick Order in which to install these?

thanks so much. I read so much that I kinda got confused on how this works.

Okay, I'm getting really confused here. My battery gauge still shows 19% not matter what.

Did exactly what it said in the speaker and battery icon section - no go - battery guague is still at 19%

Then i did this:

I installed in this order and rebooted when told to do so:

sdkcerts.cab
HTCtaskbar.cab
nuePowerDriverCDMADiamond-100-v1.0-cab.cab

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help a newbie? Thanks and sorry to be a pain in the a$$.

Thanks to anyone that can help.

Re: Battery Icon

uninstall everything and soft reset and see if it goes back to normal, if it does, retry the items in the customization thread step by step. It worked the first time for me. If that still doesnt work, you can always hard reset and start over.

I did soft reset and then I did a hard reset. Then after the hard reset with nothing else installed, I loaded the following in this order:

sdkcerts.cab
HTCtaskbar.cab
newPowerDriverCDMADiamond-100-v1.0-cab.cab

Is this correct? I'm running the shipped Sprint ROM. Version 1.09.651.5

Thanks again!

Re: Battery Icon

Not sure if you are still having this problem, but I ran into it myself when installing the ez2btaskbar2 icons. MrHawaii had the answer: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...91&postcount=5
