Looking for REG EDIT to allow vibrate on call connect

Ok so I've switched over to the WM dialer so that my phone rings sooner rather than later, but I really miss the "vibrate on call connect" - because often I will be dialing as I'm driving and don't have the phone to my ear yet, and when I get the little vibrate alert, I know I need to listen...... would there be a registry edit for this? I know the WM dialer gives a little tone when the call is connected, but that doesn't help if the phone isn't to my ear yet.......

thanks!!

Suz;

I had to download and install PhoneAlarm to my SecondToday screen to get the VibrateOnConnect feature back, when I went back to the WMDialer.

I believe the HTC PhoneCanvas enables the vibrate function, so a regedit probably would not let it work anyways.

Re: Looking for REG EDIT to allow vibrate on call connect

Suze,

Like it was stated above, I am not too sure if this will do what you were hoping it to do. But here is the reg edit I believe you were looking for. Remember to do a soft reset after changing registry, then go back into your registry to ensure the edits were saved. Best of luck!

HKLM\Software\HTC\PHONE\PhoneExtendSetting

"ConnectingVibration" set value to 1
