Edit Sender's Message?

I am sorry to be such a n00b here, and forgive me for all my posts in advance but I'm either entirely inept at searching or this forum doesn't generate results for much! I am looking for a way to default to "edit sender's message" in POutlook, is there such? That's what's causing my problems with responding to emails and not seeing my response when they reply back.......

thank you and I hope you will all continue to be patient with new people

Re: Edit Sender's Message?

This might be what you're looking for. From your Inbox, do Menu-Tools-Options. Then in the Message tab, check "When replying to e-mail, include body" and "Keep copies of sent items in Sent folder".

Re: Edit Sender's Message?

I think that she means that she wants to have the original email show inline when she replies without clicking on "Edit sender's message" everytime. If you don't click on that, then the original email gets sent as an attachment. If your recipient hits reply to you the attachment is lost.

Re: Edit Sender's Message?

Jim, thank you, I do have those settings enabled and I'm still not getting any messages stored in my saved folder, and callmemoe, you are right - that's what I'm looking for.
