Move or Remove TF3D Program Icons?

On my stock Alltel phone, when I slide over to Programs, I can see 9 program icons on the screen for preinstalled Alltel programs . I don't use any of them, but if I hit the Remove softkey, it shows that 8 of them are locked.

Is there a way, without getting into flashing new ROM's and such, that I can either move these icons to the bottom of the page, or remove them altogether, so there's more room at the top of the page for programs I actually use?

Download this and install it on your phone. When you launch it you can reorganize the tf3d interface. You can also unlock the program shortcuts in the programs menu. This enables you to remove the rss feed and youtube apps.

I found it just after posting that message asking where it was, so deleted it-- but not quick enough, you guys are good! Thanks for the pointer, I've already removed the "junk" from the quick start page.
