activate with MSL using stolen phone number

with the reg hack, I can get the MSL number for a diamond

1) can I activate sprint diamond with this MSL without calling sprint?

2) if so, can someone use his diamond MSL and activate his diamond with my phone number? if he happens to know my phone number. then he can use my airtime and account?

theres more than the msl that is needed. so short answer is no.
theres also a MEID and then after that the ESN has to be linked with an account.

you might want to be more clear in your writing, it almost sounds like you are trying to steal a phone or steal phone service.
