Flash Alltel ROM to Sprint Diamond
I've got a friend who has the opportunity to purchase a Sprint Diamond for cheap, but he's on Alltel. I know the Alltel ROM got dumped last week; has anyone successfuly flashed the Alltel ROM to the Sprint Diamond?

the issue with this is not going to to be the rom he can keep the sprint rom and still use the phone. the problem is trying to clone the meid or the getting alltel to activate a sprint diamond

I don't believe Alltel activating the ESN will be an issue... Conflipper seems to have it working, maybe I'll just PM him...

i have a sprint diamond on alltel. you will a roaming icon ignore it. alltel will activate anything

Thanks for replying conflipper; was it pretty much a straightforward flash (aside from getting the MSL/SPC)? That roaming icon will probably be fixed once more people get their Diamonds to dump out the epst and connection files...

You need to change the MSL/SPC number to 000000 first! Trust me I went through the entire process.
