Not receive Picture mail

Can send just find but can not receive Picture mail? I have the diamond

try updating ur profile if that doesnt work call CS make sure ur on stock rom when u do. did u install the picmail update from powerdeck?

Yea I had to download the update and then goto the picturemail website and signup then it worked great!

The problem I have as with all my sprint phones is that if a verizon customer sends me a pic that is animated in a way, like people having sex it is not animated just a pic, is there a way to fix this or is it just different platforms,

Did update on powerdate. But still didnt work. What do you mean update profile?

Yeah I dont have update profile under those settings

yea only the stock rom has it if u call cust serv theyll ask u to update the profile u might wanna try flashing back to stock thats what i had to do to get my pic mail working i wasnt sending/receiving at all

I just started having issues with my PictureMail as well. I was receiving them fine in the past, but am not right now.

I've already written about the picturemail issue and how to fix it, just use the search and you shall find it. Or you can look at post I've done also, either way the answer is there and I've done it so many times I don't feel like doing it again
