I can't unlock my Sprint Diamond.
I'm new to this and have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have .net 3.5 on my PC and I've downloaded the unlocker. When I run the unlocker, I'm able to click a few times and then always get the same message that "The update utility cannot connect to your phone". I'm connected with Activesync so I have no idea what's going on.

you need .net 3.5 installed on the Diamond.

you beat me to it. also theres a cab for 3.5 gloaying around from rainfreak. but you got the pc running so your good.

Thanks for the replies.

I have .net 3.5 on my Diamond but still no luck. No matter how many times I try I get a 202 error. I've tried both unlockers and neither one will work.

Try a different computer, that sometimes helps.

I had this issue with my sprint diamond... i ended up doing a hard reset (power+VolumeDown+EnterCircleButton+ResetPinUnderB atteryCover). Its a lil tricky gettin all 4 down at the same time, but its possible.

after i did a hard reset, went through the stylus setup and let windows load then everything with the RUU from the Unlocker worked.
