hard reset

Can someone please give me the proper hard reset for the htc touch diamond I have tried the volume down and the enter and reset button and I can't get it to hard reset is there another way to do it thanks to anyone that can help

settings, system clearstorage type 1234 does not clear internal. but theres a dropdown at top with option to clear internal.

If you want to hard reset your device's hard drive listen to him, if you want to reset yor device its volume down + power + center button on d pad.

i once again tried the vol down power center button reset and i don't get the reset screen please help

power button, vol DOWN, +center of the ring (enter), hold those and press the reset pin under the battery cover. press vol down to confirm, and vol down again to boot.

I never had to do hard reset with pressing those 3 keys PLUS the soft reset button on the back.

+1 i use clear storage. plus it gives the option of clearing internal also. if your flashing and have problems and cant get to settings, then button method works.
