Using nuefont with the touch diamond

I tried installing the nuefont cab that is kicking around on my new diamond, cause i hate tahoma but love calibri. Switched all my fonts to calibri using nuefont, soft reset, but nothin' doing, I still have ugly tahoma.

Has anyone successfully changed their system fonts on the diamond? Also, does anyone know how to change the default system alert sound?

I haven't, but the default font really looks quite nice to me...perhaps it's the VGA screen + cleartype (beautiful).

Are you using cleartype?

Re: Using nuefont with the touch diamond

yeah, cleartype's on. it's not the clarity of the font itself, which is aces, but the choice of font. the font inside touchflo (helvetica neue) is beautiful, but the windows mobile font (tahoma) is complete garbage. those heavy slab serifs on the 'I' majuscule make me cringe.

I changed font size with nueFonts, but have not tried the font itself.

Did you try and install the font pack? I noticed on the download page there is the cab and also the font pack.

Re: Using nuefont with the touch diamond

I'm using Helvetica LT 35 with nuefont on ghetto's rom. Helvetica font looks like it was included with wm6.1 VGA devices. Only the fonts in settings did not change.
