Re: Scroll by page in Opera?
Am I dumb, and most people know how to do this already... its ok.. I can take it.. just call me dumb... But I have seen others ask too without answer...
At a minimum.. is it possible to scroll using the wheel? Tapping zooms... so why does the wheel need to do that? |

Re: Scroll by page in Opera?
The wheel allows more gradient zooms. Tapping is all or nothing but the wheel is stepped levels of zoom.
I was hoping someone could find a way to make finger scrolling (in all directions) more fluid like. It seems that the screen stops exactly where my finger lifts from the screen despite the gesture. If it does continue to move it does so marginally. There is one level of zoom that when engaged yields my desired result. However, if I zoom in any further the scrolling finger gestures are interpreted quite literally and void of any fluidity. |

Re: Scroll by page in Opera?
You change the up/down function of the d-pad by changing your input.ini file found under the opera program folder. Make sure the program is closed before doing so. I copy the file onto my PC and edit the file in Notepad and then paste it back to the mobile device, replacing the orgininal. Make sure to keep a copy of the original first. Look for the following lines under the section Browser Widget:
Down = Navigate down Up = Navigate up Change the word Navigate to Page. Then launch Opera and try it out. You can also change the left/right function as well to move one screen over or back. |
