No Sound Alert with Sprint MMS

I was getting the default and the sound I picked in notifications to both play at the same time when i got picture mail. No matter what I did i could not get just one sound to play. I ended up doing a hard reset and now no matter what I do I can not get any sound at all to play when i get picture mail. I'v done about 5 hard resets. There is no option in Notifications for Picture mail sound and Text Message sound wont work for Picture mail.

Any clues to how to get a sound notification with Sprint picture mail?

You can do a million resets and it won't work. Its a known issue with Sprint and hopefully they will correct it. Im not holding my breath.

Why on earth didnt they just copy arcsoft and been done with it. This Sprint picture mail has been a thorn in my side for far to long. It would have been good years ago when phones didnt have the memory to store photos on the device but today its not an issue. They need to dump the web based service.

id like a sound alert for getting pic, and an alert that the pic was successfully sent. ( like in sMMS)
