Two Quick questions (Splash/Startup Screen & Running Programs)

I have been tryna to change that ugly windows splash/startup screen, it used to be welcomehead96.png to change it on my touch, i tried this on the diamond and it doesnt work, does anybody know what the file name needs to be named to?

And I recently installed spb pocket plus 4 (just becuase the file extension 2.03 program wouldnt work)and lost my running programs menu in the top right of my start menu, once i saw this i uninstalled it but my running programs drop down menu still isnt there, what have i done wrong and how can i fix it?

I believe you are looking for welcomehead.192.png on the Diamond. (That's the green Windows Mobile splash screen.)

Re: Two Quick questions (Splash/Startup Screen & Running Programs)

I just wanna change em all... I hate all the splash screens that came on this phone. I would prefer the standard "HTC" Splash Screens and no startup animation at all.

Re: Two Quick questions (Splash/Startup Screen & Running Programs)

To get your task manager button back, go to settings->system->task manager. Go to the Button tab. Then re-check the "Enable Quick Menu on Today screen". That will bring that sucker back.
