WOW, this thing needs an earpiece and speakerphone volume fix STAT!!
My goodness this thing is low, can barely hear anything...for the Mogul we had the audiopara file, but on this Diamond, the file size is much bigger and there are two in there...any fix yet for the low volume issues??

Remove the plastic on the screen or cut a hole at the earpiece.

LoL. Yeah, removing the plastic on the screen would help. My volume isn't low at all, compared to my old Mogul with the audiopara.cab installed not's not bad at all. It's pretty good actually. But I'm talking about just phone calls. I haven't really listened to any music on it.

I have no issues hearing a voice call thought the ear piece. its just as loud as my previous phones.
you did remove the plastic right?
