Are there still people who did not receive diamond?

Yea im just getting dissapointed and angry now.
Dont know if i should order another one with a new line.

I ordered my diamond with a new line and plan on sunday the 14th
at 11AM through telesales.

Have TSRQ order number.

Now four days later no tracking number and no phone. I doubt i will even get anything this week.

Are there still people out there who ordered this past weekend and still havent gotten tracking and phone?

I want to know that im not alone.

By the way im in wisconsin.

Haven't recieved anything yet. No tracking. No Diamond. Hoping today is the day, but I don't expect it till the 22nd. I'm in Indiana

Did you call to check on it. I ordered new service and Diamond on Sunday morning and dont have my phone yet although its scheduled for delivery today. I am in CA. Also my phone is coming from the warehouse everyone said had that power outage so that explains part of the delay. But if you have not called, do so because they gave me a tracking number and on the status page it showed that my order had not shipped yet.

Okay so i'm not the only one... ordered mine on the 14th as well and still nothing on their site and when calling them they give say its still in warehouse being processed. oh and not sure if anyone else had this issue but they double charged me for the order... i had to call them to get them to refund one of the amounts. def not a pleasant experience so far.

I was told mine would be delivered on 9/19 even though I ordered on 9/14. I called sprint today and they told me there is a very good chance that I wont be receiving my phone till next week....

I would call and request an Order number to confirm that the order is in.

But consider they are in Texas and Kentuky and are still dealing with issues caused by Hurricane IKE in their areas. It's a recently released and popular item, processing orders are taking a bit longer too..

According to telesales and customer care, orders may take 5-7 days longer but they are trying their best to work thru these conditions.

I have not received my phone either. I have been in contact with Sprint everyday this week and they cant even give me a tracking number. I ordered thru EVP on 9/7. On the bright side, today they finally took the money out of my account for the price of the phone.

Come on guys, there is a natural disaster going on down there. People are losing their homes and all you can think about is how this storm is inconveniencing you not getting your phone on time.

I am as excited as the next guy to play with my new toy but come on.

I agree with Kevinb13 - Have any of your complainers seen pictures on the news? My cousin's home is destroyed, so they have bigger things to worry about than shipping a few phones.
I am in Indiana and we still have 200,000 people with no electricity and nowhere near the hurricane, so I can't imagine what they are going through.
I am anxiously awaiting my new "toy" but these phones are not important in the big scheme of things.
Calm down and be glad you have no problems, you will have it for two years after you get it!
