$699 is the unlocked *GSM* version.
$250 is the upgrade price for the sprint diamond.

I just went to BestBuy's website.
I found the Diamond for $229- no rebates or anything.

Saw the tag today and what do you know it was right like everyone else said. Nice call. Oh and the Pro was the same price as what everyone else said it was. Maybe everyone was correct? Hmmm Best Buy Mobile is accurate and easy to figure out.

When I selected it, it was for the upgrade- I believe (but am not sure) that is the price if you qualify for an upgrade.
All the same, $229 is better than $249 for a new line or upgrade- especially if you don't have to lay out the extra $100 and wait for a rebate check.
