Hahaha I'm sooooo glad that I'm not the only one who did this. I just couldn't believe how hard you had to push.

I had the same thing happen on the initial setup, I just pressed hard and it worked. I have this program called diamond tweaker which works really good you can change bluetooth settings and the screen sensitivity and all of that, it makes the diamond much more manageable with a finger.
