Who will be able to trade their phone through retentions?
 

Ok I got tired of my mogul... every time I get a replacement it comes with that annoying white dot... I will call in and try to get the Diamond to replace my mogul!!!!

Let's see who can accomplish this first.... /grin

ive gotten free phones through telus because of retentions. they even fix the old one under warranty and give it back to you too. i just sold my piece of ****e HTC S640 for 300 bones. i got the diamond to replace it.

i might have you beat. i am having my touch replaced by the diamond. it is on its way now. should be here by tuesday. i am saving my mogul until the touch pro comes out then i will buy that one

i forgot to add the diamond was free, i payed for it but they gave me so much free crap on my bill its going to pay for its self in about 3 months. i payed 250 for the diamond. they gave me 200 off and ill get more then $250 in saving in my bill because they gave me most of my plan for free for my contract term for my trouble.

i dont pay for data or voice mail, caller id or text messaging now :P

long story short. called because of internet problems. no one could fix it. rep offered to switch phone back in aug. told her i would wait for something with a bigger screen ( my eyes are bad) lol. she called me as soon as the diamond was released and placed order for next day air. :headbang:

haha i remember doing this to get the touch...anywayz i have a treo 800 that i bought on ebay... i just sent sprint an email seeing if they would swap for diamond...we'll see....



anything is possible with sprint customer service...
