I called twice first call got hung up at the yes point. 2nd person offered to send his supervisor a note to send her supervisor a note to remind her to call. I told him nah lets wait it out. She didn't call, so I am hoping the guy keeps his word and does call me to verify that she didn't and move from there..

Takes patiences, presistance, and don't be rude. In the end the person on the other side is just doing their job and some do try to help.

wow.... just that fast! It worked! I sent this off at around 12pm and got a response by 4pm! I would have rather not had to do a credit transaction/ reversal, but that's a small price to pay in this case!!! Getting my Diamond Yall! *Ahem does anyone know when they'll be available in-store? if not I may have to go back and do some more negotiating! lol

well... I went thru e-care2, e-care, e-care3, CS, TS, and retentions.... best I got was 249.99 with 2 years contract errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... I hate my mogul more than ever....

man i want to know how to do this pm me anyone im good at negotiations and i will never back down. whats the email address to e mail sprint? i have a mogul i bout of ebay 400$ and had it for over a year now and this touch diamond looks great.. please if anyone can help me out.

I was able to do the same thing, but I had to get 3 refurb moguls in the process. though if any of the refurbs I got weren't broken then i would probably be happy with my mogul on nuerom3

Do you have to have insurance for this? I want to complain about my mogul and it still under the factory warenty

if you don't have the insurance, sprint will tell you to go to the manufacturer. (send the phone away for 2 weeks and they will fix it and send it back)
