What if the Pro doesn't come out in 30 days? (Sprint Diamond Owners)

So congratulations, you ordered the Diamond today, but hope to return it for the Pro. But what happens if the Pro comes out after the 30days? Are you stuck with the diamond?

Nope.. just return it and activate your old phone and wait for the PRO. i love it.

it wont be out in 30 days so its a moot point to make itll be out Oct 19th. They did it on purpose obviously so people arent using phones and dumping them playing the system. Either get the diamond now or wait for the pro on the 19th.

It might not be out on the 19th either. Now this is just baseless speculation on my part, but the Diamond launches in stores on the 12th, why would they launch the Pro a week later?

Unless they do something like this, where it's direct ship first.

I think it will probably out out sometime in late October or early November. Thats when the new BB should be out, the Pro will be the competition

If I were to switch to the diamond from the mogul right now, would I be able to then switch to the Pro when it comes out for free? The reason I would say switch, is if you are with the mogul and waiting for the touch pro to come out, the price of the mogul will probably drop, and if you are trading your phone that means you are going to be spending more money by waiting, while if you switch to the diamond right now, you will gain $50, and then pay $50 for the Pro so it balances out.

The only way to do this return your diamond before the 30 days and get your $$ back.
You would have to activate your old phone for a while until the pro is released.
Then buy the pro.

i think you may be mistaken. the 19th that everyone refers to is October 19th. one month and a few days after the diamond release.
