It's worth a shot, the Verizon radio has been pretty good to people. (Unless you use GPS)

More than likely, it's a signal issue in your basement though.

what is the setting for NO ROAMING, Sprint network only??

Automatic-A or Stantard? Looks like Automatic-B is roaming only, looking for Sprint network only.

You should see one that is Home Only - I think. If not then try Automatic-A. Standard is just roaming if there are no Sprint towers within range. Roaming Only is what it sounds like.

Glad I found it.
I found settings on my Diamond that I didn't know existed.
It's been almost a year and I still don't know all the features my Diamond has
