Favorite VGA Applications

So knowing the Diamond/Pro are VGA I needed a few programs, but I could'nt find them with numerous google searches, so I decided to make a thread for everyone, if you need programs, list em' here and hopefully other forum members will help find some. Heres what I need, all in VGA, obviously.

1.AIM

I've noticed the forum for the Diamond has been getting a little quite, so if this thread isn't needed, feel free to let it die.

Re: VGA Applications?

Once people start getting their Diamonds, I bet this thread will have some more replies! My main computer is reformatting and encrypting with EFS [cascading encryption] at the moment, but I'll try to post some VGA apps when its done.

Re: VGA Applications?

Now that all of us Sprint users are ordering up our Diamond phones, can any Diamond users tell us about some of your favorite VGA apps for the Diamond?

Also, how do regular QVGA applications look? Do they scale well, or do they look grainy and distorted?

I am a long time user and fan of SPB's Mobile Shell App. Any Diamond users using it, or does TouchFlo 3d work well enough on its own. The main feature I love about mobile shell is the fact that when you click on a picture in the speed dial, it asks you which contact method to use (mobile, work, home, sms, etc). Does Touchflo 3d work similarly or does it just dial the default number like touchflo on the HTC touch?

Can't wait to get my hands on the new phone!

Re: VGA Applications?

Abovelegit. You need to change the name to Favorite Diamond Apps. I'm a WM newbie. have had a Plam Treo 700p for 2yrs. So I'm as green as they come to WM apps.

I've used a Dell Axim x51v for a few years now with VGA. Most QVGA apps look fine on that device. I would imagine that with the smaller screen, it will look even crisper. I wouldn't worry about using QVGA apps, but VGA versions do look much nicer.

TouchPal 3.5 keyboard for example is a good VGA keyboard. I use it on the Dell.
