Retentions and Diamond

If the diamond is to come out on the 2nd of sept... If I call retentions on the 1st will they have it shipped or will you have to go to a store.... and will I be able to order it a day before the official release date if that it is the date?

knowing retentions and customer service, they probably won't have any idea what you're talking about until after it launches and it starts making it's way through activations
