Can't Roam

When I force roam and try to make a call I get a message from Verizon that says "Verizon can't authenticate this device."
Roaming has always worked fine until yesterday. Anyone have an idea?

hi i have been having the same problem on my touch pro 2 with sprint and i was wondering if sim unlocking the device will effect the roam to work

Update your PRL to see if there was an update. Unlocking with the SIM does nothing on a CDMA network.

ok i updated the PRL but still have the same problem if i call up sprint what would they do ?
