Help Please Phone stuck with error
 

Hello All,

I have a Sprint HTC Diamond that is stuck on the Tri color screen:

Security Unlocked RUNNBH
DIAM500
SPL-0.57.000
MicroP-Diam (LED) vB
PSOC-Diam STAGE_EVT v20

Upgrade ROM code error
Please try again

Serial

I have done a hard reset, comes to the same screen
Did bootloader mode (PWR+VOL-+Reset) Comes to same screen
Did Triggered Bootloader (PWR+<--+VOL-+Reset) then it goes to "Loading..." and doesn't do anything after that.

I can't get it to be detected on 2 of my win7 computers.
Anyone else have this problem? Please help if possible.

thanks for the link, but i went through that whole thread and still trying to find someone that ran into this situation.

When you put the phone into bootloader, it should read "serial" at the bottom of the screen. If you plug into your computer via usb, it should change to usb. If it does ... simply flash back to the Sprint "shipped" stock rom. If it doesn't, then you might try a different usb cable or an XP computer.

thats what im trying to do now, find a Xp machine to work on it.

It won't be recognized by the computer. It will just say USB at the bottom once you plug it in (does not matter for Win7/Vista/XP). If it says usb, just download the stock ROM (link to page below) from the link below and double click the .exe :).
