help me with how to change transparency
 
i go to a pic to set as today screen background but it doesnt ask me to change transparency like it did before i hard reset it. any help? and yes i did search before asking but they all said the same thing, and didnt work. i know it did before i hard reset it now i just cant rememeber how i did it.

Are you using manila/TF3d?
If so just go to the settings tab and select the option to change today wallpaper.
