2.32 radio from sprint TP2 6.5 rom
Anyone try the 2.32 radio from the TP2 update that came out today. Just wondering if it will do anything for the Diamond, or if it is even compatible.

I'm wondering why someone would want to do this.
Are you not getting a very good signal in your area? Have you tried changing PRLs on your existing radio? That might help.

even if we have 4 bars signal all the time we now want 5 bars all the time and better battery life, etc etc. bottom line, with our diamonds anything we can do to get newer packages/drivers on them...we're gonna try and load them on regardless of the performance right now. |

Re: 2.32 radio from sprint TP2 6.5 rom
The TP2 is a world phone, so it has a GSM radio too. I don't know what happens if you port a world phone radio to a CDMA-only device. I do know if you want to permanently brick your CDMA phone, flashing a GSM radio is a good start...so I'd be wary of using the TP2 radio myself (unless it's really easy to separate out the CDMA radio).
