Help! Manual programming

I got a new account today with diamond, then upgraded to OMJ's rom (6.5.3 sense 2.5) and then sprint started calling me b/c they gave me someone else's number, the guys wants me to type ##000000# into the phone, but it's not doing anything but trying to call that number. I'm on hold now. What am I doing wrong?

Probably nothing. That sounds like a code built into the Sprint ROM. You could flash back to it, do what they are asking, and then go back to OMJ's ROM.

You could also do a hard reset, install the Sprint Update Profile cab, then run that. Should probably do whatever it is that Sprint is requiring.

I'm DLing the sprint rom right now. The poor guy didn't know what was going on, he put in a trouble ticket and is going to call me back in a half hour or so.
