Syncing! I'm going crazy!!!

How are you guys managing syncing on your windows mobile phone? I'm trying to get a system where I can have sync my personal life and business life.

I have Outlook at work (no exchange access), Outlook at home, and I use Gmail for personal email. The items I care about from work in this sync are my calendar, contacts, and a small number of files (not interested in email). For personal life, it's the usual suspects like calendar, contacts, files, and email.

Here are the software tools I have available.

Google Calendar Sync - installed on work pc and home pc.
Outlook
Activesync
Windows Myphone.

I haven't found a combination of products to make life easier. It's just been a headache of multiple contacts, calendar appointments, etc. It makes me cringe if I want to try a new ROM on my phone.

What are you guys doing for something like this?

Have you tried Sashimi? You can make XML files to reconfigure all your e-mail accounts and such. You can even set it up to automate certain reg keys that you want to add in.

Re: Syncing! I'm going crazy!!!

There is no one-stop sync but you CAN have 100% sync'd (wirelessly without cradling/usb) mailboxes, contacts and calendars on your phone & several PCs if you use the right services...

Since you're using Outlook if you can change to Windows Live Hotmail that will sync everything (assuming IMAP mailbox at work and hotmail inbox for home) and gmail (as IMAP).

contacts
calendars too (with myphone)
wirelessly on your device with Windows live & MyPhone.

A heavy emailer might instead go with Thunderbird (on all PCs) and use Google contacts and thunderbird plugins to sync Tbird/Google contact which are 100% sync'd to your phone's Mobile Outlook contacts.

And then use google calendars or windows live calenders and myPhone to sync.
