ok, i am new to this phone, i have a htc diamond, i had a htc touch, i loved the touch so i moved to the diamond. i need to know how do i upgrade my windows version,,,,

how do i upgrade my splash screen

i did "unlock" the phone now what?

Download a new ROM to upgrade your windows version, there are plenty of good ones out there. Or find a kitchen and cook one up yourself, its relatively straightforward once you dive in.

Splash screen is HTCAnimationStartup.Gif in the windows folder, also might want to replace welcomehead.192.png as well

i have figured out a bunch of things, i installed a new rom, im still messing with it, but now im looking for the block keyboard, i really like that one, and im looking how to fix that stupid weather so i can get my area on it, as well im looking for more good games.

i tried a few themes but i couldnt seem to get most of them to work?

anyway thanks for the help i appreciate it.
