Cab for manila version 2?

I'm trying to find a cab for manila version 2. So far I've only found this for the Treo and it's the wrong resolution.

Any ideas?

If by version 2 you mean manila 2.1, then you can find cabs in this post. I imagine they take up a bit of space on main memory, so just be aware of it.
