have someone released or leaked a native kernel from a CDMA HTC Diamond 6.5?

Given that you can't fine anything along these lines mentioned (out in the open, anyway) on xbeta, dft or the usual suspects, I would have to say that no, one is not yet available.

DA_G's thread would be the most likely drop-off point for a native 6.5 kernel and how utilize it on winmo devices.

Honestly you are best off just finding a nice custom ROM to flash.
