activesync to usb drive?

Is there a way to switch modes when you connect via activesync then switch to disk drive mode? I have been just unplugging and hitting the pop up window when I need to change it but its kinda silly and I was wondering if there is any way to switch it while the phone is still plugged into a pc.

Probably under the Settings->Connections->USB to PC?
