Re: htc pure

Hi
My vote for a dedicated Pure group (Winmo 6.5 ATT special bloats and "hobbles"
same hardware and carrier (ATT Pure) 2 units, me and wife
also looking for improved rom, Sans the ATT bloatware

running SPBTV Coreplayer video (and a lot of APs) on unlimited data plan
I'm a former Ipaq Winmo user and am very impressed with the
quality of video streaming and GPS on the phone and PDA

Minor annoyance is lack of adding local cities to weatherdatabase
(tried all the reasonable utils and methods posted for other phones but no cigar)

We need a thin durable case (thinking leather instead of soft/silicon)
would like a clip of some type
(Fuze had a small cord hook would have been even better on the lighter Pure

would also like a desktop cradle or possibly suction goose neck
(many on Ebay but haven't tried any yet, you?)

We just bought Fuzes 3 week before the the Pure was released
we managed to re-establish our upgrade pricing and save $300 off
2 Fuzes (I don't need/want the bulk or mechanial weakness of a keyboard)

Hope we see the same interest in the Pure as that which evolved for the Fuze

Later
KJL

Re: htc pure

Check xda for that stuff, we are more CDMA oriented while they seem to focus on GSM more. Look in the TOPAZ/Diamond 2 threads there.
