"Confirmed" carriers that an Arrive can be flashed to>?

Is there a list of confirmed carriers that an HTC Arrive can be flashed to? I want to set one up on either Boost, Virgin or Metro.

Or can one purchase a European HTC 7 Pro and use it the USA if it's unlocked

Well the European version is GSM-only, you would be much better off getting a GSM WP as it will work on a GSM-Prepaid MVNO such as simple mobile,straight talk,Net10 or T-mobile monthly 4G. All of these are capable of faster speeds than Virgin or boost.
