I know that way is possible but i want to have it where my phone still rings, rather than having to silence the sound on my phone. As of right now the only way to make it vibrate and still have the phone ringer make noise is to set the text message to have a sound notification as well which i dont want.

Custom ringer file without any sound...

Hmm... thats a good idea but I dont know if this is possible without unlocking? Do you know of a way to do this?
