Tethering on the Arrive?
 

I just ordered myself an HTC Arrive coming from my Sprint Touch Pro 2 and I was wondering if any sort of tethering is possible? Wired or Wireless?

Thanks for the info, seeing as how I don't have the arrive yet I'm not sure if I can really do this or if it can be unlocked which I'm pretty sure is necessary for all these hacks. Anyone know if the arrive can be unlocked?

but the current unlocker does not support the 7389 build which is pre installed on the arrive unless they updated it.

So you all cant thether. How do you all get by? Go to McD?

I was thether to my laptop and in my car for hours on my TP2. Its still going n going.

Just curious if anyone has attempted this or any other method of tethering. Just received my ARRIVE today but have not activated it yet because I use my TP2 for my internet connection. Thanks.

That's only for WM5/6 :\

Right now it's not easy to get the arrive to tether. Hopefully it will be easier soon. Thats the reason I haven't tried wp7 yet.

This is only for unlocked phones, which the Arrive isn't yet (that I know of).

It would work great on my Surround (if I still used that phone lol).

Hopefully it won't take long to get NoDo unlocked. The funny thing is that I just upgraded my Surround to NoDo (unofficially) and it kept it unlocked.
