##3424 not working for me

Can someone please help me get to the DIAG settings. Ive looked through 5 diff forums and the more I look the more confused I get. Ive tried ##3424 with no luck. Im runnng factory rom 3.14.30 and 2.05 bootloader. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Who is your carrier?
Verizon you hit talk after the ## codes, Sprint you hit # again.

Also, are you using a stock rom or a custom one? If you use custom rom, disable the phone dialer skin.

Do ##3424# And bootloader and ROM are not needed to be mentioned. Instead tell us your carrier.

Carrier is Verizon and it on the stock rom.

Make sure you have a dial pad that supports those # codes.

Actually a dialer with codes is usally not needed. Doing ##3424# has ALWAYS worked for me on custom dial pads that no other codes work on.

You could always start it up through file explorer...
