or just suggest any way to help me at all?

thanks in advance..
Hey I got stuck in bootloader for a time also. There is a program called UNI_Exitbootloader. Just download and run that and you should be fine.

ok here is my little contribution to this just one little issue I have happend to find. Do not leave the mtty program up if you have to use the uni_exitbootloader program, you will get errors and very frustrated.

Whoops. simple mistake but hey could happen to anyone right? hope you at least got a laugh!!!

I followed everything in the sticky but still stuck in bootloader. The 6700 is not recognized in either a Vista and XP OS via usb. The word serial is displayed.

Run the Uni_exitbootloader tool:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index...exitbootloader)
The link is too long for the site so add the extra ) at the end in the address bar and the right webpage will come up.

Re: Stuck in new Bootloader 2.04/2.05 from the bell/VZW 3.3 ROM, Help is here now

Help... Totally stuck in bootloader v1.02.

HTC Apache 6700.

Downloaded latest BuildOS 20755.
Built practically empty ROM from Apache_WM6.1_20755 Selections.txt
Had to use NoID.

Now stuck in boot loader.

Found this thread. Ran instructions. Note that I do not have same output from "task 28 55aa" as shown in thread. I always get:

DOCInfoTableinitHW+
Binary0 Size: 0x100000
FAT0 Size: 0x4000000
FAT1 Size: 0xA00000
FAT2 Size: 0x2C70000
All Size: 0x7770000
FAT0_ADDR=0x100000,FAT1_ADDR=0x4100000,FAT2_ADDR=0 x4B00000

even after using the RUU in Bootloader.rar

Have tried using VZW APU3.3, but that gives an error about the wrong device/ID. (Don't recall exact error.)

Until I can resolve this, the device is a brick...

Re: Stuck in new Bootloader 2.04/2.05 from the bell/VZW 3.3 ROM, Help is here now

Got some help over IRC. The answer was to run the exitbootloader magic (upgrade/Apache_RUU/NoID_RUU/UNI_ExitBootloader.exe).

This is a really great community. =D>=D>

Thanks!

See post #34 to get out of bootloader. You don't need to "unlock" an Apache to flash it. Yes, you will downgrade the bootloader if you followed these instructions. That's OK. Just get unstuck from bootloader and read/understand this tutorial before flashing:

I was having the same prob and when I tried on another computer it worked. Though you might've resolved, someone still might be stuck.
