Google Voice for WM5 ppc6700

I have a ppc6700. I have no voice service, only WiFi. I go to google voice in IE, and I can send texts, but the calling feature isn't working. Can someone help me?

Is the phone switched on (not in flight mode or anything?)

Have you tried a soft reset?
Or even a hard one?

If those havent worked, maybe you need to flash the radio...
The last update to the phone was like called MR4 for verizon. Try installing that..?
