I just flashed my phone out going calls work text works but cannot recieve calls. any sugestions

You're better off posting here...http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/forumdisplay.php?f=14. Also, you should include in your post which ROM you're using, as well as any other add on software.

And you need to have youe phone reprovisioned by the carrier. That will resolve your issue.
