Error "given key not present in dictionary

What does this mean? I just updated to the latest offerings. Everything has been downloaded and installed twice with hopes of clearing this up. No go.At the end of every build I get this message. Also, something new to the software? what is the modemlink? during the build, I'm given the choice to overwrite multiple files related to modemlink. I've tried yes and no, thinking that was why i got the error at the end. No change. First things first though. Can anyone shed some light on the error issue?

No one has dealt with this issue before? C'mon guys. I need a rom like yesterday. My current setup is not acting right. when it get down to 2 bars, it either cuts off or refuse to connect out going calls. Battery don't last more than half a day. I seriously need to clear everything out and install some fresh data.

This isn't a chat room, this is a forum. Please don't expect instant answers. You can hit Yes when it pops up. If you feel the rom is causing issues then flash back to stock. If that doesn't help then you need new hardware...

Yes you're right! this is'nt a chat room but a forum.
I can hit yes when it pops up? I assume that answer is related to the "modemlink" pop up.
Get new hard ware if flash does not work? Now back to my original question.
"At the end of every build I get this message "The given key is not present in the dictionary"
How do I flash if I can't even upload a simple rom? You know, I understand that it's aggaravating at times when people like me post and with little patience. Never mind! Thanks for the help.
