quick microsoft activesync question

how do i sync the contacts i have on my comp to my device?
i went thru all the trouble in editin/ and pix and deletin old contacts and now i cant get those contacts on to my device....i tried lookin at options and it doesnt give me ne

also i get this error

activesync encountered a problem on the desktop

support code: 86000107

ne clue on wat is causin this error?

Yeah, the support codes that start with "8" indicate an Outlook problem. Try the repair function in Outlook and redo your .pst file.

Do a file search for .pst files. It is usually in your user settings directory and should be outlook.pst. If you have alot of contacts in this file, make a backup but rename it something else. You can only have one outlook.pst file to function off of. First try the .pst repair:

Did you repair Outlook?

Just to make sure you have your sync options checked in AS/WMDC on PC and on 6700, right? And you have AS/WMDC setup for USB, right? What versions are you using for Outlook and Windows?
