Freezing when typing text messages

I just upgraded to WM6.1 and I am also running the lazyboy iphone theme and I am noticing that my phone freezes up whenever I open the keyboard to start typing.

I am able to type about 2 letters and then it freezes permentantly until I reset it.

When I refer to keyboard I mean the physical side keyboard....I also have that program that finishes and suggests words that pops up too

The "touch-screen" keyboard works fine.....it is until i actually kick out the other keyboard that it freezes

Re: Freezing when typing text messages

I'm having the same problem. Sometimes I'm fine, then the next time, I'll type about 100 letters and the device goes into a weird freeze. The cursor moves, but if I try to backspace and retype, it either freezes or moves backwards when it should go forward.

The onscreen keyboard and Transcriber work OK -- but not perfectly -- when this happens.
