WM6.1 cooked rom just loads black screen
 

im having a problem after i cook a rom.. once i select the options i want in the Kitchen i build the rom.. when i go to update the phone all goes well..

now the problem is after the boot screen it should take me to the green 6.1 screen and then givin the option to configure the pen with the screen.. well what i get is a black screen then a prompt as if to tap the screen to configure but i dont know cause i cant see it..

this problem happens sometimes.. ive made other roms that work no problem but once i add another option or even remove an option or two this happens. ive even removed one option and then added it back, mind you the same one, to see what happens and its hit or miss.. either i get it or i dont..

any ideas to what im doing wrong?
