I had this pop up on my screen?

I ended a phone call a few minutes ago and had this pop up on my screen. Does anyone know what it is?

Yeah I did a google search and it said it was some type of debugger and it was not dangerous. Should have performed a search prior to posting.

It's a Windows mobile tool for spying on the current window hierarchy tree. It's for developers, nothing to worry about.

Yeah, there was a thread about this a while back. It made me crap my pants too the first time I saw it. According to the thread, the correct answer to the prompt is "no" otherwise it will just dump the data it collected into a small txt file, but since we aren't developers, there is no use in creating such a file. I've noticed that this error seems to be somehow tied to the push button when you depress the joystick button accidentally or on purpose.
